Ruby Barnes
Ruby Barnes, a painter by nature, began a career in commercial illustration and design eventually switching to larger scale environmental art in the form of murals and garden design. After master gardener classes at the Chicago Botanic Garden she started Artistry Landscape Design incorporating her knowledge of trees, shrubs and perennials with her aesthetic sensibilities as an artist.

After some home interior projects we were finally ready to create a back yard for our kids and new puppy to enjoy. Artistry Landscape came up with a scale drawing and a back yard makeover to suit our family's needs including a vegetable bed, a shaded sitting area and a new patio of brick pavers. Ruby's dedication to the details of our needs was commendable.
